Don't hesitate to check with us. If we are taking orders the week of your event, we may have to limit the type of design. Weeks may close without notice. <br /> <br /> <div class="faqQuestion">When do I pay for my cake?</div> Payment is due at the time of ordering. Spots are not "saved" if the order has not been paid. If you do not wish to use a credit card over the phone, you may send a check or come in and pay. Wedding cakes have a 25% nonrefundable deposit with the remainder due 2 weeks prior to your event. <br /> <br /> <div class="faqQuestion">May I leave a message?</div> Our phone can remain pretty busy some days! Please leave a message and we will return your call within 24 hours. We are not responsible for messages left that need immediate attention. We do not accept orders left on our message service. <br /> <br /> <span class="faqQuestion">Our cancellation policy</span> considers that we are turning away other customers when we commit to your order and/or limiting designs that we offer to others. Orders must be cancelled <span class="bold">1 week in advance to receive a full refund. Messages left on our message service will be picked up the following day.</span> <br /> <br /> <span class="bold">Friday &amp; Saturday orders:</span> cancel by Tuesday for 50% refund - Wednesday for 25% refund <br /> <span class="bold">Thursday orders:</span> cancel by prior Saturday for 50% refund - Tuesday for 25% refund <br /> <span class="bold">Tuesday &amp; Wednesday orders:</span> cancel by prior Friday for 50% - prior Saturday for 25% refund <br /> <br /> <div class="faqQuestion">Do I need to refrigerate my cake?</div> Yes. It is a chilled food product that should not be left out on the counter for several hours. It s just fat and sugar. (yum!) Keeping it cold preserves the integrity of the cake and will keep the cakes proper structure. We suggest taking it out up to 2 hours before you need it, depending on the temperature of your surroundings or how cold you like to eat your cake! <br /> <br /> ANY CAKE DISPLAYED OUTDOORS IS DONE SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. <br /> <br /> THE TEMPERATURE OF THE ROOM YOUR CAKE IS DISPLAYED IN IS NOT IN OUR CONTROL. <br /> <br /> <div class="faqQuestion">Do you ship your cakes through the mail?</div> No. Thank you for asking. <br /> <br /> <div class="faqQuestion">Can I buy a sugar free / gluten free / dairy free cake from you?</div> No. We have nothing healthy to offer you. Just a smile on your face when you reward yourself for working out all week with dessert on the weekend. <br /> <br /> <div class="faqQuestion">Can I send in my order via e-mail?</div> No we do not accept any orders via email.
